Class description: Enjoy an evening of entertainment and education! Your adventure begins with an international chocolate tasting….learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar, how to eat chocolate properly and how to discern flavors to discover your favorites. Next, you’ll pair 4 international wines with 2 chocolates each, handcrafted at The Chocolate Therapist and infused with all-natural flavors, designed to enhance the flavors of both the chocolate and the wine.
